Spark Woodfire Grill specializes in the woodfire grilling and roasting of hand-cut steaks, chops, seafood, chicken, pizzas and slowly roasted BBQ Baby Back Ribs using only the freshest produce, meats and seafood available. The restaurant has several Private Dining areas for you to host an intimate party of 10 guests or a Gala Special Event with up to 250 guests. Online ordering and off site catering are also available.
