Tuesday, January 19th, Tuesday January 26th and Tuesday February 4th, 2010 from 11am - 2pm; Basic Culinary Knife Skills, Soups, Roasted Meat, Savory Sauces and Gravies, Chocolate Walnut Bread Pudding, Ginger Spice Creme Brulee. $150 per attendee, reservations are necessary and space will be limited.
